Jessica’s Granddad passed away shortly after our return from Rome so the memories we have of our trip with you will always be so special to us. You went out of your way to accommodate us and making it easy for us to get around with Jessica’s Granddad’s lack of mobility. It  was the trip of  a lifetime that we will cherish forever because you made it so special.

I wanted to again thank you for the fantastic job you did helping to make arrangements for our trip in May. My requests of transfers and hotel reservations were handled perfectly.
